Ordering online

Shopping online at AutoCare Direct is simple and practical. You can order everything you need for your vehicle 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Just follow these easy steps…

Order

When you have found what you need, just click on "ORDER", and the item will be placed in your shopping cart. You will automatically be directed to your shopping cart so that you can review the items, the costs and the order subtotal. If you need to remove an item from your cart, simply "change the quantity to zero and click recalculate. You can also change the quantity of an item and then click the "recalculate" button. To add more items to your cart, click "Continue Shopping".

Checkout

When you have completed your shopping spree, click on the "Checkout" link. You will first need to select your shipping destination category. Then you will be asked to provide your billing and shipping information. Once you have completed all the required information, you will have the opportunity to review your entire order including the order totals, with shipping charges, as well as your billing, credit card and shipping address information. If you need to make any changes, click the "Back" button on your internet browser to go to the previous screen. After making any necessary changes, click on "Submit Order, and you will be directed to the Order Confirmation page.

Order confirmation

Once your order has been submitted, the Order Confirmation page will provide you with an invoice number and your order detail. It is recommended that you print this page for future reference. You will receive an order confirmation email within 15 minutes. Please be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder if you have this protection enabled.
