By using the AutoCare Direct website, or any other website owned or operated by AutoCare Direct, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions please do not access or use this website. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice. You should always check these Terms and Conditions prior to using the Autocare Direct website. Your continued use of the AutoCare Direct website following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions will mean you accept those changes. Orders can only be accepted from customers aged 18 or over.

Product Availability
Most of the products that are offered online are stocked in our warehouse and will be shipped within 1-2 business days (not including weekends and holidays). however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow one week for delivery. All items are subject to availability. In some cases, a product may be out-of-stock or may not be readily available. In such situations, we will notify you by email and provide an estimated time of delivery or a full refund. Autocare Direct reserves the right to alter prices and specification without prior notice. will not affect orders placed before changes are made.

Payment Methods
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card. Autocare Direct  accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
In the event of payment being declined by your bank or card issuer, AutoCare Direct  shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

Orders are sent by courier or Royal mail and will require a signature on delivery. International orders are generally received in under 5 days.

Orders from overseas Customer
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside Europe are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.

Cancellation/Returns/Exchanges
AutoCare Direct offers a satisfaction guarantee on all online purchases., UK Customers have the right to cancel orders placed through our website within 7 working days of their receipt of the goods.  We will either provide an exchange or a full refund. Please contact us by email at returns@autocaredirect.co.uk to provide an explanation regarding the reason for the return or exchange, and for further instructions.

To ensure full credit for your return, Please follow these instructions:

  1. Please note the reason for return and include the original invoice.
  2. Return Products in the original packaging supplied by the manufacture.
  3. Include all parts, Hardware, Instructions supplied by the manufacture.
  4. Return the products in new condition - not used, uninstalled or disassembled.
  5. Any special offers or free gifts received with the order should also be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
  6. Repackage carefully to avoid any damages during shipping.
  7. When returning your item(s) we recommend that returns are sent back sent by carrier of your choice at your own expense. AutoCare Direct will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the goods until they are received at our above address. Please note that we cannot pay the return postage cost.

    Warranties
    Autocare Direct supplies the highest quality products from the most reliable manufacturers. Most manufacturers offer special warranties on their products. Generally, the warranty information will be provided with the product, but if not, please contact us for specific details regarding your purchase

    If you have received your product in damaged condition please contact us immediately at returns@autocaredirect.co.uk Please provide a detailed explanation of the condition of the product, and we will notify you by email with further instructions on processing the claim.

Following inspection of the returned product, a full refund will be issued for the original cost of the returned product (unless a replacement product has already been shipped). If the return was due to our error, we will also refund you for shipping costs incurred.

 

Adjustments will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase.
