All items ordered before 2.00 pm are shipped the same day if we have your items in stock, if we have no stock you will be advised of a delivery date. Orders placed after 2.00 pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding bank holidays, in which case it will be the next working day). If the item is unfortunately out of stock for whatever reason you will be emailed within 24hrs to inform you of this.
Unfortunately at present do not post/ship products to outside of the U.K to Europe and the rest of the world, mainly due to customs and posting liquid regulations.
- - Shipping will be calculated at the checkout and as typical for delivery standard charges it is worked out by total weight being delivered.
- - We use Royal Mail First class for all deliveries under 1kg and for deliveries over this weight we use APC Rapid Dispatch for all UK deliveries using special liquid delivery.
Delivery to UK mainland addresses (excluding the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) is sent using a 'same day' or 'next working day' service.
Scottish Highlands and Islands
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands is charged at £14.40 and is sent using a 1-2 working days service.
Delivery to Northern Ireland is charged at £14.40 and is sent using a 1-2 working days service.
Isle of White - Delivery to Isle of White is charged at £14.40 and is sent using a 1-2 working days service.
Isle of Man - Delivery to Isle of Man is charged at £25.85 and is sent using a 1-2 working days service.
Channel Islands - Delivery to Channel Islands is charged at £27.20 and is sent using a 1-2 working days service.
Important – Please read Autocaredirect.co.uk reserves the right to charge the full shipping cost applicable in the event to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
